Store Registration Application Form 

This form will need to be completed and returned to the BASIS office to register your Company for the Scheme

Storekeeper Training 

It is a legal requirement for professional pesticide stores holding over 200lts / kgs to be under the supervision of a qualified Nominated Storekeeper.  Further details can also be found under the training section of this website.

Fire Risk Assessment

A document designed to help pesticide stores comply with the Regulatory (Fire Safety Order) 2005.  This document carries a charge and is available on request.

This document is available to assist Fire Prevention Officers and Environment Agency Pollution Prevention Officers with the requirements for inspections of premises registered with BASIS.

Registered Companies and Premise List

The list of BASIS registered premises is not available to members of  the general public. Allied organisations may contact the BASIS office to request the list of both registered and non-registered companies and premises.  Please contact lindsay@basis-reg.co.uk for further information.
