BASIS Certificate in Crop Protection (Amenity Horticulture): Training and certification for sellers of agrochemicals and those giving advice on their use in the amenity sector.
BETA Amenity (Biodiversity & Environmental Training for Advisers): Aims to progress the knowledge and skills of advisers working in amenity horticulture, ground-care and related industries, and promote the protection and enhancement of biodiversity.
POWER Amenity (Protection of Water, the Environment and Recommendations): Enables contract specifiers, managers and supervisors of spray operators to be aware of what is involved in pesticide use, and the issues of control needed for safe and environmentally-caring outcomes.
Nominated Storekeeper Training Course / Nominated Storekeeper Refresher Training Course: Equips nominated storekeepers to meet the standards of pesticide storage laid down in the 'Code of Practice for Suppliers of Pesticides to Agriculture, Horticulture and Forestry'. A legal requirement for companies storing over 200 litres of pesticide.
